AFFECTED FARMER'S FAMILY SECURITY SCHEME
Facilities available under Affected Farmer's Family Security Scheme for sum assured of Rs. 1,00,000/- value:-
1. In case of accidental death of the insured person, the family members will get Rs. 1,00,000/- under the above scheme.
2. If the insured person has lost two limbs / one eye in an accident or has lost one limb and one eye, the family members will get Rs. 1,00,000/- under the above scheme.
3. In case of Permanent disability occurred to the insured person due to accident e.g. in case of paralysis due to accident, the family members will get Rs. 1,00,000/- under the above scheme.
4. If the insured person loses an organ or an eye in an accident, the family members will get Rs. 50,000/- under the above scheme for 50% disability.
5. In case of permanent partial or partial disability occurred due to accident, the insured person will be paid a percentage of the sum insured as mentioned in the plan.
6. Due to the temporary disability of the insured person, if the insured person is temporarily unable to perform tasks (e.g. in case of leg fracture) 1% weekly compensation of the sum insured (Rs. 1,000/- for each week) will be paid to the insured person. The insured person will be compensated for a maximum of 100 weeks.
7. Under this scheme, the cost of transportation of the body of insured person post death from the place of accident to the house of residence will be paid upto 2% of the sum insured i.e. Rs. 2,000/-.
8. In the event of death or permanent disability of the insured under the personal accident plan, education funds will be made available for a maximum of two dependent school children.
